Summary Information for Field Activity 2010-001-FA

Area of Operations: Central/Eastern Alaskan North Slope, Alaska, United States, North America

Objectives: Map shallow methane and methane seeps; constrain shallow lake stratigraphy at locations of cores acquired for the project in April 2010; infer deeper structure if possible.

Summary: Edgetech 424, boomer, and lake bottom sonar/water column images were collected from a small boat over the northern part of Lake Teshekpuk, including an area of previously identified shallow methane.
