Summary Information for Field Activity 2010-076-FA

Area of Operations: Oyster Pond/Trunk River, Falmouth, Massachusetts, United States, North America, North Atlantic

Dates: August 23, 2010 to August 23, 2010

Objectives: Collect young-of-the-year river herring as they migrate from Oyster Pond to the Atlantic Ocean. YOY white perch will also be sampled as they migrate out of Oyster Pond. Samples will be collected down stream of the weir at the mouth of Oyster Pond.

Type of Activity: Sampling;

Information to be derived: analyses of fish

Summary: We successfully collected and logged in the following species of fish: Alewives - 7, White Perch - 7, Mummichogs - 3.
