Type of Activity: Photography; eelgrass tagging; tunicate and eelgrass sampling;eelgrass tagging tunicate and eelgrass sampling
Information to be derived: Tunicate samples taken for DNA analysis.
Summary: 12 samples preserved: 6 from eelgrass and 6 from hard man-made substrate. Photos taken with drop camera system. 26 Samples tagged for eelgrass shoot density and growth. No live eelgrass observed in Tashmoo Pond, so no samples or photos taken.
