FILE INVENTORY

Below is a complete list of all functions and files that are included in the ADCPtools.zip file.  The ADCP Toolbox
consists of the ADCP_tools folder containing 21 function files and five folders.  Three of the folders within the ADCP_tools folder contain additional function files needed to run the ADCP Toolbox.  They are: the AddOns folder containing 9 function files, the extraMs folder containing 11 function files, and the p_codes folder containing 8 p-code installers.  

The two remaining folders in the ADCP_tools folder are the Demo folder and a folder named Manual.  The Demo folder contains a sample dataset that can be used to test the installation of the toolbox on the users machine.  The manual folder contains the ADCP Data System Processing Manual, which includes a step-by-step guide to processing data.  The manual uses the Demo data as the example.

We recommend the ADCP Toolbox be placed in the \MATLAB\toolbox or \MATLAB\work directories on the
users machine.  The folders and files should stay in the same format that is listed below, which is also how they
will be extracted from the ADCPtools.zip file.
