Offshore Aggregates Database and GIS meeting: New York and New Jersey area, November 12, 1999; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District Office, Philadelphia, PA

Purpose of Meeting:  To review databases and GIS developments, in-hand or underway, on offshore aggregate resources, applications, and related environmental and management issues. The objective is to share information being developed by various organizations to foster interaction, and plan cooperative database and GIS products relating to the New York and New Jersey areas. This meeting will be focused on the two-state area. It is expected that this experience in cooperative product development will lead to extension to other parts of the continental margin.
