1984 MMS Seismic Profiles

Sections of high-resolution seismic-reflection profiles, which were used to select locations for the 1984 MMS vibracores, are presented below. Each profile shows the stratigraphic character and intended target at the corresponding coresite. These boomer records were collected as part of the cooperative between the U.S. Geological Survey and Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection; the profiles are labeled with a coresite, cruise identifier, and line number. The section of seismic profile across site LISAT1 is missing, but full versions of this profile (UCONN84-1, line 26) are available elsewhere in this report.
