Statistics

For the temperature, salinity, and current data, the mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum were calculated for the period beginning 12:00 August 6, 1998 and ending at 12:00 August 30, 1998. At Site C the temperature observations at 10, 21 and 31 m terminated on August 23, 1998. Tables include instrument depth, file name, start and stop time for statistics, sampling interval, and the number of points used to calculate the statistics. The current statistics were calculated for the eastward and northward components and for the current speed (scalor magnitude). Direction is measured clockwise from north.
