All ESRI (http://www.esri.com/) ArcView 3.x
shapefiles and raster image files have associated metadata giving
a detailed description of the dataset. All of the data files are
listed below with a link to the corresponding metadata file.
Download Instructions
There are several ways to download the GIS data. Shapefiles and
raster images are available for download in *.zip
format. The *.zip archives for each shapefile contain:
*.shp, *.shx, *.dbf, *.sbn, *.sbx, *.shx, and *.avl files. The
raster *.zip archives contain *.tif and *.tfw files.
To download any of the *.zip archives, click on
Download within the table below to save the *.zip
file to local disk. The User will need the WinZip program in order to extract
the files from the WinZip archive. Alternatively, the User can
navigate to the directories containing shapefiles and raster images
and copy all files to a local hard drive, maintaining the directory
structure and naming convention.
